WebbI recently installed a hyve monarch trigger on my M&P Shield 9mm. Dry fired it and all seemed to be working well, trigger did not get stuck and seemed to fit in the trigger well nicely. However, I took it to the range and there were issues. I would fire the gun and release the trigger and on the next pull the trigger would not budge. I'm not interested in a complete overhaul, as in messing with the springs, connector, etc. Rather I'm interested in just the shoe and trigger bar combo. Did some research and I've come down to two: the Wheaton Arms Elite Pro Carry Flat Faced Trigger and the Hyve Technologies Monarch Trigger.
