The e6ae are the motors from the 86 mustang and had pistons with out valve reliefs in them. They're 351 heads, but in 1978 the chambers grew in size to 69cc and the valves got smaller. They went from 1.84/1.54 down to 1.78/1.45. You'll be able to take a few cc's out while unshrouding the valves, I'd do that first and then measure to see where you are.
