If its still got a while and the others have been done then if it was me I would mix the 3 that was already done and just do the slow one separately. It may be slow because its battling contamination.

You should NOT wait for pins. When you go from colonization to fruiting, you want the mycelium to still have a "running" momentum. Also, DUNK those bastards.
